Terms and Conditions
Membership in the NUGS Students Loyalty Circle and Faculty Circles is open to all currently enrolled students and employed faculty members at any accredited institution in Ghana. This means if you are a student or faculty member working or studying at a Ghanaian university or college, you are eligible to join!
Students and Faculty Staff will be required to pay annual membership fees of GHS10 before being able to access the benefits offered by the program.
- GHS60 for either a 3-month MTN 15GB bundle (5GB per month) or a Vodafone 10GB bundle (renewable each month for 90 days).
- Bundle packages can be purchased from the 1st day of the month until 4:00 pm on the last day of the month. Activated bundles will be released on the 1st of each month.
- Free Browsing: 500MB daily for browsing Academic Sites
- Airtime:
- 200 minutes CUG calls
- 50 minutes MTN on-net calls
- SMS: 100 SMS messages
- Insurance Coverage: Students enrolled in the NUGS Students Loyalty Circle are covered by an insurance plan.
- Premium Payment: Insurance premiums are paid quarterly as part of the internet bundle fee.
- Benefits: Students are entitled to the full insurance coverage amount specified below if death occurs within the quarter for which the premium has been fully received.
- Death / Total Permanent Disability (Parent) – School Fees GHS5,000 per annum. Hostel Fees GHS2,500 per annum.
- Death / Total Permanent Disability (Student) – GHS2,500 per annum
- with Total Sum Assured of GHS10,000
- Eligibility: This student insurance cover is only available to students during their active enrollment period.
